Merchandise Returns
Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back.
If you are not 100% satisfied, merchandise can be returned for credit or refund. All claims should be made within 60 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Sears regret that Sears retail stores are unable to accept catalog returns. Deductions on multiple savings items are subject to reduction if merchandise is returned. If an item is out-of-stock, Sears may send a substitute of equal or greater value. If a substitution is not available and additional stock cannot be obtained, Sears will cancel your order and notify you of cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
Sears will attempt to cancel an unshipped order, provided you notify us with in 24 hours of placing the order.

Sears regret that we can ship only to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping and handling charges vary for each item. Your shipping and handling charges will be confirmed when you place your order.
