I was a veggy unhealthy for years, so I desided to cut the crap, but at a discount, milk substitutes are abit too expensive for my current budget.
but I need some ideas for some tastey filling healthy meal ideas from the evening through the day i eat mostly vegan anyway

Vegan Wedding Meal Ideas?

Kay, so my wedding will have all the vegan food, but heres the thing. . .
I have people who are fairly high-class (QE2 far, but people docs and lawyers & such), and also the other side of the family are almost "down home, the blow Send yer shoes "kind of people. I want a single menu, not something like "burgers & Caviar" (if I ate that stuff anyway), so I need to find things that fit together in two or three options dinner (or possibly a buffet style that looks like everything goes together) should be the type of visitor, and it is vegan. I need ideas for everything, but especially for main dishes.
Ideas? and please do not tell me "grill veggie burgers, they'll never know." . . . . . that to me is not marriage Fare.
