I recently decided to become a vegetarian and I’m tired of grilled cheese, salads and sandwiches to peanut butter . So what are snacks like 5 minutes or quick meal ideas for vegetarians?

Simple Vegetarian Lunch Ideas?
I am a vegetarian for some time now, but I stopped paying attention to my diet. So I decided to start with healthy lunches at school. Right now I General stuff a granola bar and fruit in my bag and head out the door. Until now, I have the following ideas:

Salad with almonds, peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, onion
Brown rice with corn, soybeans and shelled frozen red pepper (which is on line one)

With so few vegetables with dip or a piece of fruit. I thought to make the evening for dinner, but using the leftovers for lunch.

Losing Weight With the Minus Diet Super Soup Diet
MINUS DIET SUPER SOUP 1lb. bag of carrots rinsed 2 cups fresh spinach 1 / 2 bunch of celery 1-4 cloves garlic 1 red or green pepper 1 stalk broccoli 1 cup brown rice (uncooked) 1 large can of diced tomatoes or 2 packages of stew soup mix onion herbs Mrs. Dash seasoning to cover top of soup (your choice of a mix) 2 gallons Large pot (stainless steel) Cut all above ingredients. Snack: Same as the first meal, just eat something different, because of variety. Dinner: Eat one or two bowls of soup. If you can eat more if you wish. Eat as many vegetables as you want on the list. Eat a piece of fruit, too. No meat or fish for the first day. Drink 6 glasses (8 oz) if the juice today. Use your juicer. Carrot / apple is a favorite. Strawberries / grapes or cranberries and apples or grapes would be great too. Drink plenty of bottled water. Squeeze the juice of fresh lemon or orange juice in the water if you wish, for flavor. Snack: One or more smoothie is all for today. You can do it! You only have 6 more exactly the same. With a few surprises as well. You can almost smell the melting fat from your body. Do not weigh on the scale until the first week is up. Then you have something to celebrate! DAY 2 Breakfast: Eat a fruit or less caloric mix. Eat slowly and thoroughly. Enjoy your breakfast, drink water with lemon or orange and a little juice. Apple / carrot if you like. Snack: water first. Then orange, apple, strawberry or melon. Tangerine too. Lunch: eat a bowl of soup or two. You can eat fresh fruit thereafter. Snack: more juice. Drinking water, too. or a smoothie. Have some fruit and vegetables such as carrots and celery. Perhaps a little salad dressing. Make sure it is olive oil or salad dressing and vinegar. Dinner: Soup and all vegetables, but the peas and corn (too starchy). You can eat a baked potato.
