Customer Review: Best Multivitamin Ever!!!
I have tried many different “super” multis (not the wimpy ones like Centrum, etc.). I cannot tolerate those with iron so this one has a nice balance of B vitamins and and excellent formula with higher amounts of essential nutrients. As an added bonus, it also has some greens in it. I have stuck with this vitamin ever since I found it. Highly recommend it.

The paint comes off if they are used much and the most used gets dull. I’d love to return or find out what the problem is. I bought 2 friends complete sets as well as myself. All three sets are doing this.

I simply love Komachi knives. At present I own four, each has its own purpose and should be used for such. Sharp and seemly they remain so, easy to hold and use. Great price for a fabulous product, no need to pay more.

Shockingly Simple Chocolate Cake
1 1/2 cup white unbleached flour
1 cup sugar
3 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tablespoon salt
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons apple sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/3 of a mashed banana (optional but delicious)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons instant coffee (optional for making the cake darker)
1 cup cold water
melted non-dairy baking chocolate (optional)
Mix the dry ingredients. Add the wet ingredients. Stir until smooth. Bake in a cake
or bundt pan for 40 minutes or until done.
Variation: Pour into well-greased muffin pan and cook for 25 minutes or until done
to make chocolate cupcakes.
